The men's basketball team dropped its final regular season to Hartwick College 101–87. The Bombers finished with an overall record of 13–12 and a record of 7–9 in Empire 8 Conference play.

The men's basketball team lost to Hamilton College Jan. 19 and Utica College Jan. 22 but picked up a double-overtime victory against Hartwick College Jan. 23.
