Men’s track and field gears up for rebound season

Finish times for the Ithaca College men’s track and field team fell hard last season — its lowest results in former head coach Jim Nichols’ history of coaching the team. Looking ahead to the season, senior pole vaulter Shaun Herlihy said the team is out for vengeance.
After seven close losses in 2024, the Ithaca College gymnastics team is determined to rebound. With added depth and veteran leadership, the Bombers aim to strengthen their standings in upcoming competitions.

Almost — that was the theme of the 2024 season for the Ithaca College gymnastics team. Razor-sharp margins at each meet, but it wasn’t enough. 
For the 2024–25 season, six teams — men’s cross-country, men’s track and field, volleyball, sculling, women's rowing and women’s tennis — will have a new head coach. Four different teams will have new assistant coaches.

Fresh coaching staff brings a new era

As the academic year kicks off, so does a new athletic season. For the 2024–25 season, six teams — men’s cross-country, men’s track and field, volleyball, sculling, women's rowing and women’s tennis — will have a new head coach. In addition, four teams — men’s basketball, men’s rowing, sculling and women’s rowing — will have new assistant coaches.

SUNY Athletic Conference cancels winter sports competition
