On April 19, Andrew Parker was appointed as the assistant director of athletics for sports performance at the college. Parker will be replacing Vic Brown, who was with the college from 2014–2024.

The Ithaca College Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced April 23 that Andrew Parker was appointed as the assistant director of athletics for sports performance.
Following the resignation of longtime head strength and conditioning coach, Vic Brown, Ben Fleet '22 has assumed the role of interim head strength and conditioning coach. Fleet has primarily relied on support from a team of graduate assistants.

In February, Ithaca College announced that longtime head coach of strength and conditioning, Vic Brown, announced his resignation from the department. To fill the void, a young group of strength and conditioning coaches and graduate assistants have fought to maintain stability through continuing change.
Ithaca College athletics announced on Feb. 8 that head strength and conditioning coach Vic Brown had resigned. Brown started in 2014 and spent 10 years with the school's athletic department.
