Field hockey triumphs in nail-biting shootout on senior day

The Ithaca College field hockey team celebrated senior day with a thrilling shootout victory over the No. 17 Ursinus College Bears. The 2-1 win marks the Bombers’ final regular season game and improves their record to 13-5.

The Ithaca College women’s soccer team took back its field Sept. 28 in its game against the Bard College Raptors at Carp Wood Field. The Bombers outshot Bard 35 to one, winning with ease 7-0.

It was definitely a great day to be a Bomber as the No. 18 ranked Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team absolutely crushed the current No. 2 ranked team in the country, the William Smith College Herons, in a decisive 16–3 victory.

Bombers show up big in fall sports season

Ithaca College athletics wrapped up its fall season with many achievements under each squad's belt. Football, field hockey and sophomore Kyla Eisman of women's cross country made it into NCAA tournament play.
For the second year in a row, the Ithaca College volleyball team came out victorious in the Liberty League championship game on Nov. 11, sweeping the William Smith College Herons, 3–0, in the Ben Light Gymnasium.
