The first week back after a short break is usually a weird transition.  For me, finishing work that wasn’t done at home, getting used to the dining hall food again and constantly being with friends again were things I was dealing with. Lately, I’ve actually found that I am most happy and productive when I have a lot on my schedule.  I recently started attending Tap Club again after slightly ditching it at the beginning of the year. Making time for things that are fun as well as active into my week is definitely important (BodyPump isn’t that fun during). I’ve been tapping since I was five; so even though I knew nobody entering the club, I knew I was going to be okay.  Tapping is something I’m good at and familiar with, so it puts my mind at ease because I’ve been learning so many other things about myself.  I guess I needed to occupy some time with something I was already devoted to.
