SUMMARY: Person judicially referred for underage possession of alcohol and open container of alcohol. Patrol Officer Brad Bates.

V&T Violation

LOCATION: Flora Brown Drive

SUMMARY: During a vehicle stop, driver was arrested for DWI and was issued uniform traffic tickets for Ithaca Town Court for failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher. Person was also judicially referred. Patrol Officer Brad Bates.

SUMMARY: Officer reported an individual smoking marijuana. Person was removed from the building. Patrol Officer Brad Bates.

Incident reclassified from criminal mischief because device was previously broken.
