Location: Lyon Hall / 412 Grant Egbert Blvd.

Summary: Caller reported being unable to make contact with a person. The person was experiencing anxiety. Patrol Officer Steven Hutchison responded. Assistance was provided. 

 

ACCIDENTAL FIRE ALARM 

Location: Circle Apartments 180 / 180 College Circle

Summary: Simplex reported a fire alarm. Patrol Officer Connor McCoy responded and determined the activation was caused by a person cooking. The alarm was accidental.

Location: Tallcott Hall / 286 Lyceum Drive

Summary: Simplex reported a fire alarm. Enoch Perkins, fire protection specialist, responded and determined the activation was caused by a person cleaning. The alarm was accidental.

Location: East Tower / 143 Tower Skyline Drive

Summary: Caller reported someone had accidentally damaged a table. Patrol Officer Steven Hutchison responded. A report was taken.

Summary: Caller reported a person feeling ill. Patrol Officer Steven Hutchison responded. Person declined medical assistance.

Summary: Caller reported a person had taken photos of people without their consent. Master Patrol Officer Robert Jones responded. The person was directed to report the incident to local law enforcement. This is a pending investigation.

Summary: Simplex reported a fire alarm. George Whitmore, fire protection specialist, responded and determined the alarm was caused by smoke from the stove. The alarm was accidental.

Location: West Tower / 151 Tower Skyline Drive

Summary: Caller reported person made statements about self-harm. Patrol Officer Steven Hutchison responded and the person was taken into custody under the mental hygiene law and transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Summary: Caller reported a person sent a text message about another person taking photos without consent. Patrol Officer Kevin McClain responded. This is a pending investigation.

Summary: Caller reported a car/deer property damage motor vehicle accident. Patrol Officer Ivan Cruz responded and a report was taken.

Summary: Caller reported a two car property damage motor vehicle accident. Sergeant Bryan Verzosa responded and a report was taken.

Summary: Caller reported a fire inside a stove. Patrol Officer Ivan Cruz responded. The fire was caused by burnt food and was extinguished prior to the officer’s arrival.

Summary: Caller reported a person fell off a scooter and injured their shoulder.  Patrol Officer Matthew Patire responded. The person declined medical assistance.

Summary: Conduct reported two people referred for unlawful possession of marijuana. Lt. Michael Nelson responded and referred the people responsible to student conduct.

Summary: Conduct reported two people referred for unlawful possession of alcohol and marijuana. Lt. Michael Nelson responded and referred the people responsible to student conduct.

Summary: Conduct reported two people referred for underage possession of alcohol. Lt. Michael Nelson responded and referred the people responsible to student conduct.

SCC IRRESPONSIBLE USE OF ALCOHOL/DRUGS

Location: Butterfield Stadium / S Of 127 Conservatory Drive

Summary: Environmental Health and Safety staff reported an intoxicated person. Patrol Officer Ivan Cruz responded. The person was transported to the hospital by ambulance and referred to conduct. The person responsible was referred to conduct.

Location: Grant Egbert Blvd. / Roadway Grant Egbert Blvd.

Summary: Patrol Officer Ivan Cruz reported an unknown person had stolen a street sign. This is a pending investigation.

Summary: Caller reported an intoxicated person. The person declined medical assistance from the ambulance staff. Patrol Officer Kevin Noterfonzo referred the person to conduct for irresponsible use of alcohol and possession of a fictitious license.

Summary: Caller reported a person accidentally damaged the glass of a vending machine. Patrol Officer Thaddeus May responded. This is a pending investigation.

Summary: Caller reported a person engaged in repeated conduct that caused alarm. Patrol Officer Connor McCoy responded. This is a pending investigation.
