MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/PSYCHOLOGICAL

LOCATION: Emerson Hall / 127 Grant Egbert Boulevard East

SUMMARY: Caller reported a person posted an alarming message on social media. The person was not an imminent threat to self. Patrol Officer Joe Cloke responded. A report was completed.

 

FIRE ALARM ACCIDENTAL

LOCATION: Circle Apartments Building 211 / 211 Flora Brown Drive

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by burnt food. Patrol Officer Jordan Bartolis responded and the alarm activation was determined to be accidental.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/ILLNESS RELATED

LOCATION: East Tower / 143 Tower Skyline Drive

SUMMARY: Caller reported person vomiting. The person declined medical assistance. Patrol Officer Ivan Cruz responded and the person was provided assistance.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/PSYCHOLOGICAL

LOCATION: Lower Quad / General Area Grant Egbert Boulevard

SUMMARY: Officer reported a person crying and hyperventilating. The person was escorted to the health center. Patrol Officer Christopher Gallagher responded and assistance was provided.

 

FIRE ALARM ACCIDENTAL

LOCATION: Fitness Center / 420 Grant Egbert Boulevard

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a carbon monoxide alarm. The activation was caused by exhaust fumes. Michael Stone, associate director of Environmental Health and Public Safety, responded and the alarm was determined to be accidental.

LOCATION: East Tower / 143 Tower Skyline Drive

SUMMARY: Caller reported person vomiting. The person was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Patrol Officer Thaddeus May responded and assistance was provided.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 4TH DEGREE

LOCATION: Bogart Hall / 334 Grant Egbert Boulevard

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person damaged a table. Patrol Officer Joe Cloke responded. The reported incident is a pending investigation.

LOCATION: Emerson Hall / 127 Grant Egbert Boulevard East

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person stole a sign from the door. Patrol Officer Connor McCoy responded. The reported incident is a pending investigation.

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by burnt popcorn. Patrol Officer Connor McCoy responded and the alarm activation was determined to be accidental.

SUMMARY: Caller reported a person playing soccer injured their ankle. The person was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Patrol Officer Chaz Andrews responded and assistance was provided.

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person damaged a chair. Master Patrol Officer Robert Jones responded. The reported incident is a pending investigation.

SCC IRRESPONSIBLE USE OF ALCOHOL/DRUGS

LOCATION: Clarke Hall / 406 Grant Egbert Boulevard

SUMMARY: Caller reported an intoxicated person vomited. The person declined medical assistance from the ambulance staff. Patrol Officer Dana Malcolm responded and the student was referred to conduct.

 

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/INJURY RELATED

LOCATION: U-Lot / N Of 113 Campus Center Way

SUMMARY: Caller reported falling on the icy sidewalk and injuring their back. The person declined medical assistance. Patrol Officer Jack Nelson responded and assistance was provided.

 

SCC RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS

LOCATION: Hood Hall / 282 Lyceum Drive

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person sleeping in the lounge. A person was issued a warning for the responsibility of their guests. Patrol Officer Jordan Bartolis responded and the person was warned for violation of the law or the student conduct code.

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by a malfunction. Patrol Officer Matthew Patire responded and the alarm activation was determined to be accidental.

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by cooking. Patrol Officer Jordan Bartolis responded and determined the alarm was accidental.

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by cooking. Patrol Officer Connor McCoy responded and the alarm activation was determined to be accidental.

SUMMARY: Caller reported having thoughts of self-harm and wanted to go to the hospital. The person was taken  into custody under the mental hygiene law and transported to the hospital by ambulance. Patrol Officer Connor McCoy responded and assistance was provided.

LOCATION Landon Hall / 326 Grant Egbert Boulevard

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person inside a building. Officers reported the person left the building. Patrol Officer Matthew Patire responded. This is a pending investigation.
