SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by burnt food. Lieutenant Donald Lyke determined the alarm was accidental.

SUMMARY: Caller reported vehicle and sign property damage during a motor vehicle accident. Lieutenant Loretta Epthimiatos investigated and completed a report.

SUMMARY: Thomas Dunn, director and deputy chief, responded to a caller that reported third-hand information that a person had sexual contact with another without consent. Title IX provided resources and options for the caller. 

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA

LOCATION: Emerson Hall 

SUMMARY: Master Security Officer Amy Noble reported two people were referred for unlawful possession of cannabis.

SUMMARY: Master Security Officer Amy Noble reported that a person was referred for violation of the drug policy. The person responsible was referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards.

SUMMARY: Caller reported that a person cut their finger. First–aid was provided and additional medical assistance declined. Corporal Jordan Bartolis responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person struck a vehicle with eggs. Patrol Officer Dana Malcolm responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported a person threw a recycle bin and it hit a person in the face. Patrol Officer Steven Hutchison responded. The person responsible was referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF WEAPON ON SCHOOL GROUNDS

LOCATION: Circle Apartments General Area 

SUMMARY: Caller reported third-hand information about a person with a possible gun. Patrol Officer Matthew Patire determined the weapon to be a BB gun and six people were referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards.

SCC IRRESPONSIBLE USE OF ALCOHOL/DRUGS

LOCATION: Talcott Hall

SUMMARY: Tompkins County 911 Center reported an intoxicated person. The person was taken into custody under the New York state mental hygiene law, transported to the hospital by ambulance and referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards. Patrol Officer Chaz Andrews responded.

LOCATION: West Tower

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person yelling from pain. Lieutenant Michael Nelson determined the person had consumed alcohol and had abdominal pain. The person declined medical assistance and was referred to conduct.
