SUMMARY: Tompkins County 911 Center reported an intoxicated person. The person was taken into custody under the New York state mental hygiene law, transported to the hospital by ambulance and referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards. Patrol Officer Chaz Andrews responded.
