An arson was reported in Rowland Hall around 10:00 p.m. April 18.
The Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management sent out an email Public Safety Alert at 12:49 a.m. April 19 saying a complainant reported detecting the odor of something burning.
The report says the complainant found what appeared to be an attempt to set a roll of toilet paper on fire in a first-floor bathroom.
