I had an assignment due yesterday that forced me to write why I wanted to be involved in sport. If videos would have been acceptable, I’d have given my professor a VHS of this segment. Maybe you’ve seen this video, maybe you haven’t. If you want to call yourself a sports fan, it’s a must.
Since it’s Friday, you probably don’t feel like reading a lot and I personally don’t feel like writing a lot so I’ll keep my comments short. Sport gives us an opportunity to escape real life into a world in which there are no traffic jams and time can actually stop. It’s a chance to leave the daily grind and partake in an activity that can be wholly considered “fun”. Sport should always center around that f word, so please enjoy the next six minutes.
