The Office of Public Safety reported Tuesday morning that an arrest has been made in response to a burglary in Building 150 of the Circle Apartments in August. According to a Public Safety alert, officers determined that four persons were responsible for the burglary. Three of the suspects were referred for judicial action and one was arrested and will appear in Town of Ithaca Court. Check back later today for more details.
