IC talks all things film with pre-FLEFF events

FLEFF officially finds its new home at the college’s Roy H. Park School of Communications. To celebrate this development, the Park School announced it will be hosting five pre-festival events.
Professor Andrew Utterson will join fources with FLEFF and Cinemapolis to teach a brand new course in Spring 2023 on the history of film festivals. The course aims to include students of all majors.

New course aims to educate on film festival history

A new course being offered to Ithaca College students in Spring 2023 dives into the history of film festivals and the operations of the local Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF).
The essay for Groundhog Day was written by the Pendleton Endowed Chair of Ithaca College’s JB Pendleton Center in Los Angeles, Steven Ginsburg.

Ithaca College professors contribute to National Film Registry
