After a dominant 9–0 victory against the SUNY Oneonta Red Dragons on April 8, the Ithaca College women’s tennis team returned to the court defeating the Rochester Institute of Technology Tigers 5–4 at the Glazer Arena in the Athletics and Events Center on April 10.
Unlike most athletes, long-distance runners often participate in three separate competition seasons throughout the academic year: cross country in the fall, indoor track in the winter and outdoor track in the spring. This rigorous schedule — usually with no more than a week off between racing periods — comes with a great responsibility to manage not only time and academics, but also stress and injury prevention.
A raucous crowd gathered in the Glazer Arena on Nov. 4 and 5 to watch the first wrestling event hosted on campus that has allowed spectators since the 2019–20 season.

Melanie Stein, provost and senior vice president for Academic Affairs, announced plans for the 2023 undergraduate commencement and graduate hooding and commencement ceremonies.
The Presidential Inauguration ceremony of Ithaca College’s 10th President, La Jerne Cornish, will be held Oct. 1 along with multiple events and showcases.
Two Ithaca College athletics programs reached the top of the conference, posting Liberty League Championships for the college’s women’s swimming and diving and women’s track and field teams.
Many club-sports members have concerns that the Office of Campus Recreation is unable to properly meet the needs of these clubs because of a lack of resources, funding and staff members.
The Ithaca College wrestling team opens the regular season ranked No. 14 in the country according to the National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III Coaches Preseason Rankings.
Prior to the Ithaca Invitational on Nov. 5 and 6, Ithaca College Athletics announced Oct. 27 there will be no spectators permitted for the event held at the A&E Center.
