Editorial: Child care program should be located on main college campus

While on-campus child care is an important resource the college should offer, placing the program in an exclusively residential area is arbitrary and potentially unsafe.
President La Jerne Cornish said in an announcement that this temporary child care partnership with the Coddington Road Community Center’s preschool and afterschool programs could be a trial for more permanent on-campus child care.

Starting July 2023, the College Circle Apartments Community Building may be an annex for the Coddington Road Community Center’s preschool and afterschool programs.
