Ithaca College students could previously register and store firearms with the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management, but no longer have this option as a result of changes in the Student Conduct Code.

Ithaca College allows students to store weapons in Public Safety

All registered weapons are stored in a firearm safe and can be accessed only if there is an officer present and permission to release the weapon has been secured in advance.
