IC class releases podcast on media use among young people

In Fall 2018, Lab18, an integrated marketing communications’ capstone course, released a podcast series discussing media use by millennials and Generation Z.

New Park minor to focus on event design

Ithaca College has added a new minor — live event management and design — in the Roy H. Park School of Communications for the 2018 fall semester.
Mike Zilvetti, a sophomore integrated marketing communications major, has curated his own clothing brand. Barbed NYC is a lifestyle brand influenced by skateboard culture, hip-hop culture and New York City.

Ithaca College instituted new guidelines for recruiting candidates from underrepresented backgrounds for new faculty positions Sept. 21, and new guidelines for staff will be implemented by mid-October.
