The No. 12 ranked Ithaca College volleyball team played its final regular season game at Ben Light Gymnasium, staying undefeated at home with a shutout win against the University of Scranton Royals on Oct. 29. The Bombers won their 16th game in a row, bringing their overall record to 20-3.

The Ithaca College volleyball team continued its dominance on Oct. 25 in Ben Light Gymnasium in a double-header against the William Smith College Herons and the William Paterson University Pioneers. The No. 10 Bombers added two victories to their 15-game win streak, increasing their overall record to 19-3. Game one against the Herons also kept the Bombers undefeated in their Liberty League match-ups.Â

Ithaca College volleyball junior setter Wesley Slavin made history on the court. As of Oct. 11, Slavin has recorded 2,096 career assists, which currently places her in the top nine for assists all-time in IC volleyball history. Compared to the more than 400 games the others on the assist leaderboard have competed in, Slavin has only played 218 games.
It was truly a great day to be a Bomber as the No. 22 Ithaca College volleyball team on Nov. 16 dismantled the William Smith Herons for their third straight Liberty League title in three sets by scores of 25-10, 25-15 and 25-15.
The No. 22 Ithaca College volleyball team delivered a masterclass in the Liberty League Championship semifinals Nov. 15, steamrolling the RIT Tigers in three decisive sets — 25-10, 25-21, 25-16 — to keep their championship hopes alive.
The No. 21 Ithaca College volleyball team held their nerve throughout a seemingly unpredictable match on Nov. 1, sweeping the Rochester Institute of Technology Tigers 28-26, 25-12 and 25-21 at Ben Light Gymnasium.
The Ithaca College men's soccer team stumbled with back-to-back losses, but women's soccer, field hockey, football, volleyball, cross-country and swimming and diving shined, delivering dominant performances and setting the tone for a successful fall break.
It was business as usual for the No. 20 Ithaca College volleyball team on Oct. 11, as they swept the Union College Garnet Chargers 25-14, 25-17 and 25-18 at Ben Light Gymnasium.
They say two’s company and three’s a crowd, but when it comes to volleyball, three is the magic number. It’s the number of times a team can touch the ball during a rally, the number of sets needed to win a match and, if the sophomores of the Ithaca College volleyball team are anything to go by, the ideal number of players for a recruiting class.
The No. 21 Ithaca College volleyball team welcomed three teams to the annual Bomber Invitational by sweeping them, defeating the University of Rochester Yellowjackets 29-27, 25-10 and 25-8, as well as the Middlebury College Panthers 25-20, 25-19 and 25-15 before similarly disposing of the St. John Fisher University Cardinals 25-23, 25-10 and 25-14.
The Ithaca College volleyball team is back and is ready to defend its title following back-to-back Liberty League Championships in 2022 and 2023 and advancing to the regional semifinal round in the NCAA tournament in 2023. With a new head coach and a new class coming in, expectations are high for the season.
