Women’s Soccer fights to 1-1 draw with No. 7 University of Rochester

The Bombers played an electric — yet low-scoring — game against the University of Rochester Yellowjackets this Friday, Sept. 27 at Carp Wood Field. It was an incredibly hard-fought game, with Rochester scoring a game-tying goal with three minutes left. the battle ending in a Both teams rallied for their players the entire game, which ended in a 1-1 tie.

Despite dominating almost every facet of the Sept. 17 game, the Ithaca College women’s soccer team drew 0-0 against the Alfred University Saxons at Carp Wood Field.

The Ithaca College women’s soccer team had to settle for a 0-0 tie in a scrappy affair against the York College of Pennsylvania Spartans, led by senior goalkeeper Grace Hickey, who blocked every shot on net.

Women’s soccer aims for championship comeback

As fall sports get the ball rolling, the Ithaca College women’s soccer team has its sights set on another Liberty League Championship title after a disappointing end to its 2023 campaign. 
The Ithaca College women's soccer team spent seven days in Portugal over spring break. As seen in the photo, they did volunteer work with Global Ambassadors, a program that supports refugees of all ages.

Bombers show up big in fall sports season

Ithaca College athletics wrapped up its fall season with many achievements under each squad's belt. Football, field hockey and sophomore Kyla Eisman of women's cross country made it into NCAA tournament play.

Junior goalkeeper guides Bombers to defensive success

The team boasts a strong defensive squad up the roster, but the leader of the defense has been junior goalkeeper Grace Hickey. So far this season, Hickey posts a 9–2–4 record and has only allowed six goals, adding 10 shutouts to her statistics.
