Alright. Going gluten free and committing to going to the gym twice a day in the same week was not such a smart idea.
Eating breakfast is really important!! My dad taught me that you need to fuel yourself up in the morning or else you won’t be able to focus, or have energy to do much.
This week, my dinners will consist of bowls filled with salads. Now that I’m back on campus and separated from my family cooking, it’s time to recalibrate; and why not do that with a challenge.
