IC soars into the Hangar Theatre

Ithaca College’s stage productions have worked with other external performance spaces in the past, but never before has the college joined forces with the Hangar Theatre, nor have two large-scale student productions shared a performance space over two weeks as they did with the productions of “Stupid F##king Bird” and “Fever/Dream.” From Oct. 24 through Nov. 3, these two comedic drama adaptations were in rotating repertory at the Hangar Theatre.  
The Hangar Theatre is located just a short walk from Cayuga Lake and has the ability to hold 364 guests during its array of performances.

Margaret Shackell-Dowell has raised $25,078.25 thus far in her 50-for-50 initiative to raise $50,000 for organizations before March of 2018.
"The Mystery of Edwin Drood" will be performed at the Hanger Theatre from Sept. 15–17. The play is based off of an unfinished Charles Dickens novel, and features 28 Ithaca college students and alumni. Audiences are used to complete one of several different outcomes for the play's ending.
