The Ithaca College women’s cross-country team is looking to improve from last year, when they placed 5th at both the Liberty League Championship and the Regional Championship.
Ithaca College athletics wrapped up its fall season with many achievements under each squad's belt. Football, field hockey and sophomore Kyla Eisman of women's cross country made it into NCAA tournament play.
As fall sports have started to come to an end, the Bombers have been getting a kick-start on their training for the 2023–24 indoor track and field season. After losing key athletes such as pentathlete Logan Bruce ’23 and pole vaulter Megan Matheny ’23, the team must adjust to the new team dynamic.Â
On Sept. 2, the Ithaca College men's and women's cross country teams hosted their annual Jannette Bonrouhi-Zakaim Memorial Alumni Run, an event that has been running since the mid-1980's.
