Group Exercise #4: TRX

After realizing that I hadn't tried a new group fitness class since I had become obsessed with BodyPump, I decided that TRX was the way to go.

We've been pretty weather-priviledged this winter, but these last couple of weeks have put a strain on all of the possible outdoor activities. Here is a list of things that I have been doing, and wish to go on with in this gorgeous weather.

There are appealing and unappealing sides to yoga for me: Meditation that I can relax with, and using stamina that I simply do not have yet. However, I highly recommend it to start your week, or procrastinate until you have to sit down and do your homework Sunday night.
