Below has been my basic workout schedule for the past couple of weeks. I like to switch it up between cardio (running, spin and elliptical) with strength training (BodyPump), with a rest day on Sunday.
Abs is pretty general, but lately I’ve been following the Flat Abs Calendar by Cassey Ho (Blogilates), along with other intense exercises my friend Cayley has shown me.
