Fall athletes thrive in postseason NCAA appearances

The Ithaca College wrestling team went 1–2 at the National Wrestling Coaches Association National Duals in Louisville, Kentucky on Jan. 4 and 5.
The Ithaca College wrestling team defeated both Oswego State and Jamestown Community College on Dec. 8 in a dual meet doubleheader.
Senior Sean Phillis was the only member of the Ithaca College men’s cross-country team to race at the NCAA National Championship this year.
The Ithaca College women’s cross-country team and men’s cross-country team member senior Sean Phillips competed at the NCAA Championship on Nov. 19.
The women’s cross-country team earned an at large bid for the NCAA DIII Championship. Senior Sean Phillips qualified individually as well.
People should volunteer because they want to make a difference that reflects their hopes and their ideals.
