Nagee Green’s appeal was denied Jan. 14 in the 2016 murder case of a former Ithaca College student.
Approximately 50 Ithaca community members gathered Jan. 20 outside the Tompkins County Courthouse to urge the court to vacate the judgment against Nagee Green, who was convicted of murdering Ithaca College student Anthony Nazaire in August 2016.
