Gymnastics wraps up season at NCGA Championships

The Ithaca College gymnastics team qualified seven gymnasts to compete at this year’s National Collegiate Gymnastics Association championships in Collegeville, Pennsylvania on March 23.

Softball looks to ignite young core in championship push

The Ithaca College softball team is adjusting to having a younger team this season. In spite of this, its high-powered hitting and new age pitching staff will look to get back to the promised land to dethrone a modern day Goliath.

Bombers open up season with victory over Cardinals

The Tommy Pearce era has officially arrived in South Hill, with the new head coach of the Ithaca Bombers men’s lacrosse team opening up the season with a 12–10 victory over the St. John Fisher Cardinals on Feb. 25. 
The Ithaca College wrestling team has quietly strung together a streak of eight straight victories over the rival SUNY Cortland Red Dragons dating back to 2016. The Bombers and Red Dragons last meeting on Jan. 13 ended in a 43–2 Bombers victory.

Every Ithaca College and SUNY Cortland student and alum knows about the historic Cortaca Jug football game that takes place every fall. However, the intense spectacle of the rivalry extends into other sports, including wrestling.

The Ithaca College wrestling team faced off against the No. 12 College of New Jersey Lions in a dual meet on Jan. 27 at Ben Light Gymnasium. It was a meet that came down to the last match with the Lions winning 20–15 over the Bombers.

Second half surge leads men’s basketball to victory over Yellowjackets

The Ithaca College men's basketball team faced the University of Rochester Yellowjackets on Dec. 6 in Ben Light Gymnasium. The first 30 minutes remained back and forth until the Bombers got away with a run in the last ten minutes of the game to take home the victory 86–70.
