We were also aware of the fact that the complete court file was shared with the Board of Trustees, which has ultimate responsibility for the selection of the college’s president.
As Tompkins County experiences the worst drought since monitoring began in 2000, Ithaca College is increasing its efforts to conserve water, both through the Office of Facilities and The Office of Residential Life. One of the measures facilities has taken is  a 50 percent reduction of the height of the Dillingham Fountain.

Ithaca College to make announcement on presidential search

The Presidential Search Committee will make an announcement about the search for Ithaca College's next president at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 22 in the Emerson Suites.
This announcement follows the committee's decision to close the search in December to ensure the confidentiality of the candidates.

Following a summer of work by the presidential search committee, meeting and vetting candidates, the search for a new president of Ithaca College has been narrowed to under 30 candidates. The committee's stated goal is to select a new president of the college by the end of 2016.

The fourth and final candidate for the open position of vice president for enrollment management spoke at an open forum held April 26 about his connection to Ithaca College and how he has helped to lead the institution through difficult times.
Dennis Craig, vice president of enrollment management and integrated marketing at SUNY Purchase since 2006, visited the campus April 18  to meet with students and faculty. He interviewing for the position of vice president of enrollment.
