In recent years, the track and field and softball programs at Ithaca College have developed partnerships with Cornell University athletics. During the 2023–2024 academic year, both the track and field team and the softball team competed against Cornell.

Athletic programs forge relationships across the hill with Cornell University

Ithaca College and Cornell University are not only united by location but also through sports. Over the decades, the track and field and softball programs of both Ithaca and Cornell have formed interdependent relationships that benefit both schools through facility usage and inter-division competition.

Transfer student joins Bombers and makes immediate impact

After transferring colleges twice, junior forward Miles Herman has found a place on the Ithaca College men's basketball team.

Brian Dickens has been chosen as the new vice president of human resources at Ithaca College. Dickens was officially named to the position Feb. 26. His responsibilities at the college will include overseeing benefits and compensation, payroll, and diversity and inclusion.
