The Ithaca College men's basketball team faced the University of Rochester Yellowjackets on Dec. 6 in Ben Light Gymnasium. The first 30 minutes remained back and forth until the Bombers got away with a run in the last ten minutes of the game to take home the victory 86–70.
The Ithaca College women’s basketball team fought its way past the University of Rochester Yellowjackets in a 62–54 battle Dec. 6 en route to their sixth win of the season.Â
On a rain-soaked day, the Ithaca College football team earned a hard-fought victory, downing the Union College Garnet Chargers by a final score of 17–9 at Bertino Field at Butterfield Stadium.
The Ithaca College softball team won both games the first half of its doubleheader against the Union College Dutchwomen on April 15 on Kostrinsky Field.
The Ithaca College baseball team split its doubleheader against the University of Rochester Yellowjackets on March 24 on Valesente Diamond at Freeman Field.
After a season in which the Ithaca College softball team fell short in the Liberty League tournament, the team is looking to bring the Bombers their first conference championship since 2019.Â
On Jan. 2, the Ithaca College men's and women's basketball teams resumed their respective seasons while the majority of the college’s population was away from the campus on winter break.Â
After falling 1–0 to the University of Rochester in double overtime, the Ithaca College field hockey team was quick to bounce back with a 2–0 victory over the Herons of William Smith College.
The No. 12 Ithaca College football team defeated the University of Rochester Yellowjackets 56–10 Oct. 8 at Butterfield Stadium on Oct. 8. The victory improves the team’s record to 5–0 on the season.Â
The No. 13 Ithaca College football team defeated Hobart College 31–7 Oct. 1. The victory in the squad’s Liberty League opener improves the program’s record to 4–0 on the season.
