Students are invited to join several recent Fulbright scholars for lunch in the Center for Faculty Excellence noon–1 p.m. Dec. 15. Information about the Fulbright programs, along with experiences of scholars from around the world, will be shared.
Dave Cameron ’96 from the Office of Strategic Marketing and Communications will give a presentation called “Human At Work,” in which he will speak on how a new approach to work has helped him replace bad habits.
The search for a new dean for the School of Humanities and Sciences is progressing on schedule. The search committee met recently and reviewed the applications of a large pool of leaders.
The Oracle Honor Society, an Ithaca College honor society that recognizes academic excellence, inducted 158 new members Nov. 2 in Emerson Suites.
The School of Music has appointed Shea Scruggs to serve as the new director of music admission and assistant dean for preparatory and summer programs. He will begin Nov. 2.
Wendy Lower of Claremont McKenna College will speak about young German women who went to Nazi-occupied eastern Europe and participated as enablers in the Holocaust in the film “Hitler’s Furies: German Women in the Nazi Killing Fields.”

The Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management is investigating a report of burglary, which occurred on the eighth floor of East Tower between 9:15 p.m. Sept. 5 and 2:20 a.m. Sept. 6.
