On a rainy, windy and muddy day, the Ithaca College women’s soccer team managed to slip by the William Smith College Herons on Nov. 10, winning 3-2 in a penalty shootout to claim the Liberty League Championship.
After being named runner-up in 2021 and 2023, the No. 22 Ithaca College field hockey team finally captured its first-ever Liberty League title. The Bombers defeated the No. 20 University of Rochester Yellowjackets 2-0, in a rainy championship matchup Nov. 10 at Higgins Stadium.
Ithaca College seems to have a “redeem team” of its own this season, as the women’s basketball team aims to return to the summit of the Liberty League Championship Tournament.
The Ithaca College volleyball team is back and is ready to defend its title following back-to-back Liberty League Championships in 2022 and 2023 and advancing to the regional semifinal round in the NCAA tournament in 2023. With a new head coach and a new class coming in, expectations are high for the season.
The No. 8 ranked Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team took care of business at home against No. 23 ranked Shenandoah University Hornets 18–6 on May 12 to advance to the third round of the NCAA tournament.
The Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team has been vigorously preparing for their upcoming season and are ready to take another swing at the No. 3 William Smith College Herons, the defending Liberty League Champions that knocked them off a year ago.
Coming off a 3–9–5 season that placed them eighth in the Liberty League, the Ithaca College men's soccer team is looking for a turnaround this upcoming year.

After wrapping up its regular season April 29, the Ithaca College women’s rowing team is looking to nail down its fifth consecutive Liberty League Championship
The Ithaca College women’s basketball team fell to Springfield College at the buzzer in the NCAA Tournament Round of 32 by a final score of 73–71 March 5 at Ben Light Gymnasium.
