A while back my dad made a workout plan for me, based on the parts that I wanted to focus on.  The whole truth is that you can’t really target one specific section on your body; but if you feel like you’re not putting much work in, I suggest following the next sets!
Each exercise is to be done in 3 sets of 15.  It’s best to follow the list all the way down, and then start over.Â
Kettle Bell Swings (Standing Between Legs and Up Overhead)
Rowing Exercise (Back)
Dumbbell Curls (Alternate Arms)
Bench Dips (Tricep on Bench)
Concentration Curls (Sitting and Isolate Bicep)
