SUMMARY: Officer determined that an item was mistakenly added to a package at a USPS mail processing facility. The suspicious package sent from Ithaca College, reported on Jan. 23 was unfounded. Sergeant Ronald Hart.

SUMMARY: Caller reported a person sustained a laceration to head when he bumped into another person’s head and is unable to control bleeding. The bleeding was eventually controlled and person declined medical assistance from ambulance staff. Master Patrol Officer Donald Lyke.
