Ithaca College athletics wrapped up its fall season with many achievements under each squad's belt. Football, field hockey and sophomore Kyla Eisman of women's cross country made it into NCAA tournament play.
The Ithaca College men's soccer team faced the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Engineers on Oct. 28 at Carp Wood Field. The Bombers secured a crucial 2–1 win to secure the No. 3 seed in the Liberty League and advance to the Liberty League Championships.
After a 3–9–5 season last year, the Ithaca College men’s soccer team has made an impressive comeback with a current 6–5–2 record this season.Â
The Ithaca College men’s soccer team faced the Hobart College Statesmen on Sept. 27. Valiant efforts were shown by both teams, however, the Bombers couldn't find the net coming up short 2–0.

On Sept. 23, Carp Wood Field was the site of a wet, scrappy affair, with the homesteading Ithaca College men’s soccer team knocking off the unbeaten Bard College Raptors, 3–0, in the first conference matchup of the season.Â
The Ithaca College men's soccer team faced the 4–0 Alfred State Pioneers in a match that was decided in the last 10 minutes of play. Although it was a fight to the end, the Bombers eventually came out on top 2–1, bringing their season record to 2–0–1.

The Ithaca College men’s soccer team earned its first win of the season Sept. 16 with a 1–0 victory over the unbeaten SUNY Brockport Golden Eagles.
After falling one game short of the Liberty League championship in 2021, the Ithaca College men’s soccer team is back in action and ready to make another push.
