What’s happening today
Today’s top news and events

1. The Handwerker Gallery will hold an artist talk with Carla Stetson, assistant professor of art, at 6 p.m. tonight. Stetson’s exhibition, “Aerial Reconnaissance,” is currently on display at the Handwerker Gallery. Stetson will give a brief lecture on her exhibition and then answer questions from the audience.

2. The Fitness Center will now open at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The extended hours come in response to numerous requests for earlier hours. The new hours will last through the end of the semester.

3. The James J. School of Music will hold a Chinese New Year Concert at 7 p.m. tonight in the Hockett Family Recital Hall. The concert will include solo and group performances of classic and modern Chinese music.
