The Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team rejoiced on Senior Day as it defeated the Skidmore College Thoroughbreds 19-11 April 26. The game marked the end of the regular season, with the Bombers holding a 10-6 overall and 7-3 in-conference record.

The Ithaca College baseball team saw an opportunity to sit atop the Liberty League and made good use of it, defeating the Hobart College Statesmen 7-4 on Senior Day April 25 at Freeman Field. The victory granted the Bombers the Liberty League West crown and home field advantage in the Liberty League Crossover Series.Â

The Ithaca College softball team tallied two Liberty League wins against the St. Lawrence University Saints on April 19. An early start time and multiple rain delays did not deter the team as it defeated the Saints 5-3 and 10-2.

Senior pitcher Anna Cornell broke IC’s career strikeout record — the first player to do so in over 20 years.Â
