unresponsive person inside. This person was taken into custody under mental hygiene law,
transported to the hospital by ambulance and was judicially referred for irresponsible use of
alcohol and for responsibility of guest. The second person was arrested for criminal possession
of a controlled substance. Officer issued the person an appearance ticket for the Ithaca Town
